အခု Proxy တခုခု (203.81.71.111 ထားပၝေတာ့) နဲႚ Website ေတၾကို ဳကည့္ရင္ ကိုယ္ဳကည့္တဲ့ website ေပၞမလာဘဲ http://www2.myantel.net.mm ကိုပဲ redirect ဴဖစ္ေန ပၝတယ္။ ဒီေနႚ ေမလ ၂၉ ရက္ (ဳကာသပေတး) ေနႚ - ေနႚခင္း တနာရီခန္ႚက စ႓ပီး အဲဒီလို ဴဖစ္ေနတာပၝ။

Bagan Cybertech ကို ဆက္သၾယ္ဳကည့္ေတာ့ သူတိုႚ အေနနဲႚ စမ္းသပ္ဆဲ ကာလဴဖစ္႓ပီး error အနည္းငယ္ ရိႀႎိုင္ ပၝေသးတယ္လိုႚ ေဴပာပၝတယ္။ အဆင္ ေဴပရင္ေတာ့ ဆက္လက္႓ပီး သုံးစၾဲ သၾားမယ္လိုႚ ေဴပာပၝတယ္။

ဒၝနဲႚ မိတ္ေဆၾ အင္တာနက္ ကေဖး ပိုင္ရႀင္ တဦးကို ဖုန္းဆက္႓ပီး ဒီအေဳကာင္း ေတၾကို လႀမ္းေမးဳကည့္မိေတာ့၊ "ပေရာ့ဆီ ဆက္တင္း (Proxy Setting) မလိုေတာ့မႀ အင္တာနက္ အဆက္အသၾယ္ (Internet Connection) ဟာ အရင္က ထက္ကို ပိုေႎႀးသၾားတဲ့ အဴပင္၊ ဴမန္မာဴပည္မႀာ တဆင့္ခံ အဴဖစ္ သံုးေနဳကတဲ့ slimtrust.com, kproxy.com စတဲ့ ပေရာ့ဆီ ကၾန္ရက္ စာမဵက္ႎႀာ လိပ္စာ (proxy web site) ေတာ္ေတာ္မဵားမဵားကို ဴမန္မာ တယ္လီပိုႚကေန သံုးမရေအာင္ကို လံုးဝ ပိတ္ထားလိုက္တယ္ - ကၾာ။" လိုႚ ႓ငီး႓ငီးဴငႃဴငႃ ေဴပာဴပ သၾားပၝတယ္။

ဒၝေပမဲ့လည္း အံ့ဳသစရာ ဴဖစ္ေနရတာ တခုက၊ အဲဒီ အင္တာနက္ ကေဖး ဆုိင္မႀာ သံုးေနတဲ့ 203.81.71.88 ပေရာ့ဆီ ဆက္တင္း (Proxy Setting) ဟာ ဆက္သံုးလိုႚ ရေနေသးတာပဲ ဴဖစ္တယ္လိုႚ အဲဒီ ကေဖး ဆုိင္ရႀင္ မိတ္ေဆၾက ဴဖည့္စၾက္ ေဴပာဳကားပၝတယ္။ ဆုိလိုတာက သူႚဆုိင္မႀာ ပေရာ့ဆီ ဆက္တင္း (Proxy Setting) အဴဖစ္ 203.81.71.88 နံပၝတ္ ထည့္ထားတဲ့ ကၾန္ပဵႃတာ အလံုးေတၾ ကေန အင္တာနက္ကို ဆက္လိုႚ ရေနေသးတာ ဴဖစ္ပၝတယ္။

ေနာက္႓ပီးေတာ့ အင္တာနက္ ဴမန္ႎႁန္းက အရင္ကထက္ ပိုေကာင္း မလာေပမဲ့၊ အရင္လို ကၾန္ပဵႃတာ အုိင္ပီ လိပ္စာ (IP address) ကို ေဴခရာ ေဖဵာက္ႎိုင္တဲ့ ပေရာ့ဆီ ဆက္တင္း (Proxy Setting) လုပ္လိုႚ မရတာေတၾ ဴဖစ္လာပၝလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒီထက္ အေရး႒ကီးတာက ဴမန္မာ တယ္လီပိုႚ (Myanmar Teleport) အေနနဲႚ အင္တာနက္မႀာ တင္းတင္းဳကပ္ဳကပ္ ေစာင့္ဳကည့္တာေတၾ ထပ္မံ ပိတ္ဆုိႚတာေတၾ လုပ္လာ ႎိုင္ပၝတယ္။

Now, Myanmar Teleport ISP (Formely Bagan Teleport) from Burma has already configured that automatic proxy server setting to access the web sites. Before Their announcement (www2.myantel.net.mm), Users need to specify explicit proxy setting. There are another options to browse banned sites from inside Burma. The perfect solution is to use tunneling softwares, such as Your-Freedom or Ultrasurf. If you would like to read more detail regarding tunneling softwares and how to configure in your PC, pls go "Using Internet with Secure" and then download and read these pdf documents in Burmese. But still I think they may have strong technology for internet traffic monitoring.

Instructions on how to turn-off proxy in Web browser

Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer.

Go to “Tools” menu and click on “Internet Options”. (Note: Dial-up customers, skip to Step-6)

Choose “Connections” tab and click on “LAN settings”.

Under “Proxy server” sub item, turn-off “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.

Press “OK’ button and “OK” button again the save the settings.

Choose “Connections” tab and double-click “BaganNet” dial-up name in “Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings” window.

Under “Proxy server” sub item, turn-off “Use a proxy server for this connection”.

Press “OK’ button and “OK” button again the save the settings.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Mozilla Firefox.

Go to “Tools” menu and click on “Options”.

Choose “Advanced” tab and click on “Network” sub-tab.

Click on “Settings” under “Connections” sub item.

Turn on “Direct connection to the Internet” and click “OK”.

Click “OK” again to save the settings.
