ရဟန္း ရႀင္လူ ေကဵာင္းသား ဴပည္သူ အေပၝင္းတိုႛ

စစ္အာဏာရႀင္ စနစ္ ေအာက္မႀာ ၅၅ သန္း ေကဵာ္ေသာ ဴပည္သူ လူထု႒ကီးဟာ တေနႛတဴခား နင္းဴပား ဴဖစ္႓ပီး ဆင္းရဲတၾင္း နက္သထက္ နက္လာ ေနတယ္။ ဒၝေပမ့ဲ လက္တဆုပ္စာ စစ္ဗိုလ္ခဵႂပ္႒ကီး ေတၾရဲႚ မိသားစု ေတၾနဲႛ ေဆၾမဵိႂး အေပၝင္းအပၝေတၾ ကေတာ့ သားစဥ္ ေဴမးဆက္ ထားစရာ ေနရာ မရႀိေလာက္ေအာင္ ခဵမ္းသာ ႓ပီးရင္း ခဵမ္းသာ ေနဳကတယ္။

ေစဵးကၾက္ စီးပၾားေရး စနစ္ကို ကဵင့္သံုး ေနပၝတယ္လိုႛ တေဳကာ္ေဳကာ္ ေအာ္ဟစ္ ေနေပမ့ဲ တကယ္တမ္း မႀာေတာ့ တိုင္းဴပည္ရဲႚ စီးပၾားေရးကို သူတိုႛ စစ္အုပ္စု ကပဲ လက္ဝၝး႒ကီးအုပ္ ခဵယ္လႀယ္ အဴမတ္ထုတ္ ေနဳကတယ္။

ေခၝင္း႟ၾက္ ဗဵပ္ထိုး ေစဵးသည္ ေတၾက စလိုႛ အလတ္စားနဲႛ အေသးစား လုပ္ငန္းရႀင္ေတၾ စက္႟ံု အလုပ္႟ံု ဌာန ေပၝင္းစံုက ဝန္ထမ္း ေပၝင္းစံုခမဵာ မႀာေတာ့ ေကာင္းေရာင္း ေကာင္းဝယ္ လုပ္စားလိုႛ မရေလာက္ ေအာင္ကို ဒဏ္ေဳကးေတၾ၊ အဓမၳ အလႀႃေငၾ ေကာက္ခံဴခင္းေတၾ၊ ႒ကီးေလးေသာ အခၾန္အေကာက္ ေတၾနဲႛ အေႎႀာင့္အယႀက္အမဵႂိးမဵႂိး ေပးခံ ေနရတယ္။

ကဵန္းမာေရး၊ ပညာေရး၊ လူမႁေရး ကိစၤေတၾ မႀာလည္း ငၝတိုႛ ဴပည္သူေတၾ ေခၝင္းမီး ေတာက္ရတယ္။ ခဵႂိႚခဵႂိႚတ့ဲတ့ဲ ေအာက္ကဵ ေနာက္ကဵ ႎိုင္ရတယ္။

လူထု ဆီက မတရား ေကာက္ခံ ထားတ့ဲ အခၾန္ေငၾေတၾ တိုင္းဴပည္ရဲႚ သယံဇာတနဲႛ သားငၝး သီးႎႀံ ေရာင္းရေငၾ ေတၾကို လူထု ဘဝ ဴမၟင့္တင္ေရး ေတၾမႀာ မသံုးဘဲ၊ သူတိုႛ အာဏာ တည္႓မဲေရး အတၾက္ လူထုကို ဖိႎႀိပ္ဖိုႛ သတ္ဴဖတ္ဖိုႚ စစ္ယႎၩယား တိုးခဵဲႚတ့ဲ ဘက္မႀာ သံုးတယ္။ လူဴမင္ေကာင္း႟ံု ေကဵာင္းေတၾ ေဆး႟ံုေတၾ ဆည္ေတၾ ေဆာက္ဳကတယ္။ တကယ္တမ္းမႀာ ထိထိေရာက္ေရာက္ ဘာ သံုးရလိုႛလဲ။ ဴပည္သူေတၾ ကိုယ့္စရိတ္ ကိုယ္ခံ ေနရတာပဲ မဟုတ္လား။ ႓ပီးေတာ့ တိုင္းဴပည္ရဲႚ ခဵႂိႚတ့ဲမႁကို ေမဵာက္လို ဴပစား႓ပီး ႎိုင္ငံတကာက ရလာတ့ဲ လူသားခဵင္း စာနာမႁ အကူအညီ ေတၾကို အာဏာပိုင္ အဆင့္ဆင့္ ဴဖတ္စားလ႖ပ္စား လုပ္တယ္။ အ႟ိုး အရင္းေလာက္ ကဵန္တာပဲ ေအာက္ေဴခ လူထုဆီ ေရာက္တယ္။

တိုင္းဴပည္ရဲႚ ဆင္းရဲ ကဵပ္တည္းမႁ အေဳကာင္း ေဴပာရင္ ႎိုင္ငံတကာ စီးပၾားေရး ပိတ္ဆိုႛမႁ ေတၾကိုခဵည္း လက္ညၟိႂးထိုး လၿဲခဵတယ္။ ႎိုင္ငံေရး စီးပၾားေရး ဴပႂဴပင္ ေဴပာင္းလဲမႁေတၾ လုပ္ရင္ အကူအညီေတၾ ေပးမယ္လိုႛ ႎိုင္ငံ တကာက တဖၾဖၾ ေဴပာေနတယ္။ လူထု ငတ္ရင္ ငတ္ပေစ ဆို႓ပီး အေဴပာင္းအလဲ လုပ္ဖိုႛ ေခၝင္းမာမာနဲႛ ဴငင္းဆန္တယ္။ အရာရာကို သူတိုႛခဵည္း ခဵႂပ္ကိုင္ ထားခဵင္တယ္။ အဲဒီလို အေဴခအေန မဵိႂးမႀာ ႎိုင္ငံတကာ ရင္းႎႀီး ဴမႂပ္ႎႀံမႁေတၾ အေထာက္အပ့ံေတၾ ဆိုတာ ဗိုလ္ခဵႂပ္႒ကီး ေတၾရဲႚ ဘဏ္စာရင္းမႀာ ကိန္းဂဏန္း ေတၾသာ တိုးသၾားမယ္၊ ဴပည္သူက ဒုံရင္းက ဒံုရင္းပဲ ဴဖစ္ေန လိမ့္မယ္။

အာဏာ အရႀိန္အဝၝ မ့ဲတ့ဲ အရပ္သားေတၾ အေပၞမႀာ ႎိုင့္ထက္ စီးနင္း လုပ္တာေတၾ မတရား ဗိုလ္ကဵ တာေတၾက ဗဟို ကေန ရပ္ကၾက္ ေကဵး႟ၾာ အာဏာပိုင္ေတၾ အထိ ထံုးတမ္း စဥ္လာလို ဴဖစ္ေနတယ္။ ငၝတိုႛကို အေဳကာက္တရားနဲႛ ဖိနင္း ထား႓ပီး ပုဒ္ထီး ပုဒ္မ အမဵႂိးမဵႂိးနဲႛ လၾတ္လပ္ခၾင့္ကို ထိပ္တံုး ခတ္ထားတယ္။

ငၝတိုႛ ဒီအတိုင္း ႓ငိမ္ခံ ေနလိုႛ ကေတာ့ ငၝတိုႛရဲႚ သားစဥ္ ေဴမးဆက္ကို စစ္ဗိုလ္ခဵႂပ္႒ကီး ေတၾရဲႚ သားစဥ္ ေဴမးဆက္က က႗န္ဴပႂ အုပ္စိုး လိမ့္မယ္။ ငၝ့တိုႛ ကေလးေတၾရဲႚ အနာဂတ္ကို ငၝတိုႛ မဴဖစ္မေန ထည့္တၾက္ ရလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒၝေဳကာင့္ ငၝတို ႛ တုန္ႛဴပန္ ဳကမယ္။ မတရားမႁကို တရားေသာ နည္းလမ္းနဲႛ အဳကမ္းဖက္ ႎႀိပ္ကၾပ္မႁကို အဳကမ္းမဖက္ ႓ငိမ္းခဵမ္းေသာ နည္းလမ္းနဲႛ တုန္ႛဴပန္ ဳကမယ္။ လူသတ္ လက္နက္ကို လူထုအားနဲႛ ခုခံ ဳကမယ္။

To all Monks, Students, and Public,

More than 55 million people in Burma are deeper and deeper in poverty day by day while handful of Generals and their cronies are richer and richer.

Though the regime buzzes all the time that it is practicing the market economy, but in fact, only the Generals and their cronies monopolize the country’s economy.

On the other hand, from small-scale vendors to small and medium entrepreneurs, and governmental workers from various factories and departments are deeply burdened with unlawful fines, forced donations, heavy taxes and they even cannot survive by doing honest or legitimate trade.

While the Generals control all major businesses, natural resources, and take all the opportunities, we the people are struggling day and night for our daily meals.

We the people are worried all the time for our health care, welfare, education, and are poor and in a state of inferiority.

The regime does not use taxes forcefully collected from the public and revenues from selling of natural resources for the improvement of the public. They instead use those taxes and revenues to expand military mechanism that is eventually used to oppress and kill the people. They build schools, hospitals, and dams just for show and the public are effectively not able to use none of them. The people have to spend by themselves for their health care and for their children’s education.

Furthermore, the officials from the top to bottom take unfair advantage of opportunities from humanitarian aids given by the international community and the public get least of the rest.

The regime always blames economic sanctions whenever talks about the people’s poverty. The international community repeatedly offers financial and economical incentives if the regime makes political and economical changes but they resist doing changes and let the people hunger. They control everything. Under these circumstances, international investments and aids will go only to the Generals’ pockets and the condition of the people will remain unchanged.

The arbitrary and bullied practice upon the powerless citizens by the authority from central command to community level becomes precedent. They suppress us by provoking our fear and confine our freedom by using unfair laws.

If we continue keeping quiet and are still objective, the coming generations of the Generals will rule and make our coming generations slaves. We have to take the futures of our children into account. Hence, we will react against the injustice by means of justice, against the violent oppression by means of non-violent, against the killing weapons by means of people’s power.

Now we are going to boycott the businesses of the Generals and their cronies.

1. taking back our prosperity, by justified mean, that is being robbed and lost;

2. defending our rights and what we deserve;

3. reacting the oppression peacefully and disciplined way as we do not submit docilely;

4. a big silent protest of the people;

5. an effort to end killing, arresting, and torturing the monks, nuns, students, civilians, and our ethnic nationalities;

This is a historically given responsibility of all the people who lost their human rights even though they are human beings. This is a national movement for safekeeping of our present welfare and for the future of our children. The military regime has to discuss with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and ethnic nationality leaders and find ways to solve the country’s problems and people’s general crises. This is the only way for the peace and development of the country.

We will hold our economic boycott until a genuine dialogue, which can solve our crises in food, clothing, shelter, welfare, health care, and education, happens.

We will hold our hands strongly together and our steps bravely together move forward until we get what we want.

Remarks:

A. For economic boycott, local peoples should seek its own ways and its own target by defining the business owned by the local authorities and local military officers who monopolize local economy and bully on local peoples.

B. People should reveal the business of military generals and their cronies, and facts about those companies by informing to media.
