ဆႎၬ အစစ္အမႀန္ကို ေဖာ္ထုတ္႓ပီး မဲ႟ုံ ေတၾကို ေစာင့္ဳကည့္ ဳကဖိုႚ တုိင္းရင္းသား ႎိုင္ငံေရး ပၝတီ ၁၂ ပၝတီက လူထုကို တုိက္တၾန္းတဲ့ ေဳကညာခဵက္ ထုတ္ဴပန္

ဴမန္မာ စစ္အစိုးရ အတည္ဴပႂဖုိႚ ဴပင္ဆင္ ေနတဲ့ ဖၾဲႚစည္းပုံ အေဴခခံ ဥပေဒဟာ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အႎႀစ္သာရ ဴပည့္ဝတဲ့ စစ္မႀန္တဲ့ ဴပည္ေထာင္စုကို ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ႎုိင္မႀာ မဟုတ္တဲ့ အေဳကာင္း တုိင္းရင္းသား ပၝတီ အဖၾဲႚအစည္း ေတၾက ေဳကညာခဵက္ ထုတ္ဴပန္ ထားပၝတယ္။

စစ္တပ္က အာဏာကို ခဵႂပ္ကိုင္ထားတဲ့ ဗဟို ခဵႂပ္ကိုင္တဲ့ အစိုးရ ပုံစံမဵႂိး ကိုပဲ ပုံေဖာ္မဲ့ ဖၾဲႚစည္းပုံလုိႚ ေဳကညာခဵက္မႀာ ေဖာ္ဴပ ထားပၝတယ္။ ဒၝေဳကာင့္လည္း ဴပည္သူေတၾ အေနနဲႚ ႎုိင္ငံေရး အသိ၊ ႎုိင္ငံေရး သတိနဲႚ ဆႎၬ အစစ္အမႀန္ကို ရဲရဲရင့္ရင့္ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ဖုိႚ တုိင္းရင္းသား ပၝတီ ေတၾက တုိက္တၾန္း ထားပၝတယ္။

ရန္ကုန္႓မိႂႚက ကခဵင္ဴပည္နယ္ အမဵႂိးသား ဒီမိုကေရစီ ကၾန္ဂရက္ (KNCD) ဌာေန ကိုယ္စားလႀယ္ ဦးခၾန္ထူးက ေဳကညာခဵက္ပၝ အခဵက္ေတၾနဲႚ ပတ္သက္လိုႚ အခုလုိ ေဴပာပၝတယ္။

"ေဳကညာခဵက္မႀာ အခဵက္ ၄ ခဵက္ ပၝတယ္ဗဵ။ ဴပည္သူသိုႚ ပန္ဳကားခဵက္ ေပၝ့ဗဵာ။ အခု စစ္အစိုးရက ကဵင္းပမဲ့ လူထု ဆႎၬ ခံယူပၾဲဟာ ဴမန္မာဴပည္ရဲႚ ႎုိင္ငံေရး အခင္းအကဵင္းကို ေဴပာင္းလဲ သၾားႎုိင္တဲ့ အေဴခအေန ဴဖစ္တဲ့ အတၾက္ ဒၝကို အခၾင့္အေရး တရပ္ အဴဖစ္ ႟ႁဴမင္႓ပီးမႀ မိမိတုိႚရဲႚ ဆႎၬေတၾကို ရဲရဲဝံ့ဝံ့ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ပၝ။ ဒၝ နံပၝတ္တစ္ အခဵက္ေပၝ့။

နံပၝတ္ႎႀစ္ ကေတာ့ လူထု အေနနဲႚ ေဳကာက္စရာ မလိုဘူး၊ ဘာဴဖစ္လိုႚလဲ ဆုိေတာ့ တကမာၲလုံးက အာ႟ုံစိုက္ ဳကည့္ေနတဲ့ အတၾက္ ေဳကာက္စရာ မလိုဘူး။ ေဳကာက္႓ပီးမႀ ဳကားေနမယ္၊ ေဳကာက္႓ပီးမႀ မိမိဆႎၬကို ႓မိႂသိပ္မယ္ ဆုိရင္ ရလဒ္ဆုိး ေတၾနဲႚ ရင္ဆုိင္ ရလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒၝ နံပၝတ္ႎႀစ္ ေပၝ့ဗဵာ။

နံပၝတ္သုံး အခဵက္ အေနနဲႚ ဴပည္သူ လူထုက မိမိနဲႚ ထုိက္တန္တဲ့ အစိုးရကိုပဲ မိမိ ရရႀိမယ္။ အဲဒၝေဳကာင့္ မိမိတိုႚရဲႚ ဆႎၬမႀန္ကို ထုတ္ေဖာ္႓ပီး တုိင္းဴပည္ကို လမ္းေဳကာင္းမႀန္ေပၞ ဴပန္တင္ပၝ၊ တုိင္းဴပည္က အရမ္း ဆုိးဝၝးေန႓ပီ။

နံပၝတ္ေလး အခဵက္ ကေတာ့ ဴပည္လုံးက႗တ္ ဆႎၬခံယူပၾဲ အခန္း (၈)၊ ပုဒ္မႀ (၂၂) မႀာ မဲ႟ုံ ပိတ္ခဵိန္မႀာ အနည္းဆုံး လူ ၁၀ ေယာက္ ေရႀႚမႀာ မဲေရရမယ္။ ဒီလို ပၝတဲ့ အတၾက္ ဴပည္သူကို ကဵေနာ္တိုႚက ဘယ္လုိ တုိက္တၾန္းသလဲ ဆုိေတာ့ မနက္ မဲ႟ုံ စဖၾင့္တဲ့ အခဵိန္မႀာ လည္းေကာင္း၊ ညေန မဲ႟ုံ ပိတ္တဲ့ အခဵိန္မႀာ လည္းေကာင္း၊ မဲ႟ုံ ေတၾမႀာ ပၝဝင္ ေစာင့္ဳကည့္ဖိုႚ အထူး တုိက္တၾန္း ထားပၝတယ္။"

We, the United Nationalities Alliance of political parties, wholeheartedly urge the people:

1. To realize that the national referendum scheduled for 10 May 2008 is an opportunity to change the political situation in Burma and, therefore, all people are requested to be brave and decisive in expressing their true inclination. They are also urged to fully cooperate with, and join the efforts mentioned in, the "Appeal to the People and Steps To Take" issued by the National League for Democracy on 2 April 2008.

2. The draft constitution that is to be ratified by national referendum is not written by elected representatives and it will not lead to the emergence of a genuine Union where democracy flourishes because the military will take over all key positions of authority and a government that imposes centralized control will emerge. Hence, as a political saying goes about people getting the government they deserve, we once again urge all citizens with political acumen and consciousness to use their precious votes to bring Burma back onto the correct path and contribute to history in the making.

3. Since the whole world will be focusing its attention on what happens in Burma, people should not fear about the danger they would face when expressing their true inclination. They are urged to be particularly aware that a future that is worse than now awaits them if one's true desire is suppressed out of fear, or if one fails to go to the polling station, or acts neutral without taking a stand because all these actions will indirectly lead to negative consequences.

4. Chapter VIII, Article 22, Paragraph (a), Sub-paragraph (1) of the Referendum Law proclaimed by the State Peace and Development Council on 27 February 2008 states that immediately after the polling booth is closed, the votes are to be counted in the presence of not less than ten persons eligible to vote. Hence, people are urged to work together in monitoring the opening of polling stations and at the time when votes are counted.
